WebDec 25, 2024 · Aug 2, 2024. #2. bitdefender is a good av, has fewer tasks running than most other av. the disadvantage of that is the running process will be larger than many smaller modules. switch to avast / similar av which has more, but smaller modules which can be disabled. sorry if this is not the answer youre looking for. WebThis feature would definitely aid in troubleshooting, but there are also times when BitDefender interferes with an application, and rather than look for a workaround, I would rather just disable BitDefender temporarily, do what I need to do, then re-enable it when I am done. Disabling modules seems to have very little effect.
