Using paper towels for this is a waste of money and resources IMO. They aren't like microfiber cloths I've bought in the stores.

Fibers from other cloths can ruin the texture of the purple rag. I use very little soap and a bucket with warm water to wash them. Do not use any fabric softener on them.
