It is a Toshiba SD card that has a built in wifi chip. It is most frequently used for untethered access to photos from a camera. However being hackers by nature 3d printer users have adopted it as a way to wirelessly get files to a 3d printer. Since it is not primarily designed for this, there is some configuration needed.
