Web1 Reply. There are settings at both the server level and at the client level. In the Citrix AppCenter under Policies there are settings for ICA client reconnect and ICA client reconnect logging. I would turn on the logging to see how often it is happening.There are also keep alive settings and session reliability settings under Policies.
