They will usually act as a support partner until level 70 when this skill unlocks due to their high INT. WebRM and BP are both more self-sufficient due to buffs and mostly due to gear a 1v1 BP is stronger than a 1v1 RM due to BP sets being more towards dps unlike RM. Rody/Rodey sets I would say is the perfect example having 40% crit damage where as RM it's all about Int and decreased casting times, perfect for supporting others rather than yourself.
